Contact and order support

A cross-border store needs one clear support path for pre-purchase questions, payment issues, customs paperwork, and delivery claims.

Before purchase

Buyers can ask about subject, size, frame depth, certificate reference, packing method, and estimated courier cost before placing an order.

For expensive framed works, additional photos or a short packing confirmation can be prepared before shipment.

After purchase

Support should include the order number, buyer email, PayPal payment reference, courier tracking number, and any customs document reference.

The admin order screen keeps these fields together so the store can respond without searching across separate tools.

Launch mailbox

Before public launch, connect a domain mailbox such as support@your-domain and place it consistently in the footer, checkout emails, PayPal profile, and policy pages.

Do not use a personal email address on the public storefront if the goal is to look like a professional independent site.

Trust is operational

The contact page is not decoration. It tells buyers there is a real process after payment, especially when the shipment crosses borders.
