Shipping is treated as part of the product experience. The site explains tracked parcel quoting, parcel profiles, duties, and arrival support before payment.
A standard tracked international parcel option is calculated after the buyer enters a destination address and the cart can be matched to the correct parcel profile. Premium express courier service is available only by quote.
DAP means import duties, VAT or GST, customs clearance fees, and carrier disbursement fees are not included in the order total and are paid by the recipient.
Framed works, scroll works, and pendants are separated because they need different packaging, dimensions, insurance decisions, and courier handling.
If a parcel arrives damaged, the buyer should keep all packaging and send photos quickly so a carrier claim can be handled with evidence.
The current site shows the policy and parcel logic. In the next commerce milestone, standard parcel rate selection and PayPal order capture will make this operational.
