International shipping under DAP terms

Shipping is treated as part of the product experience. We explain dispatch timing, tracked parcel quoting, parcel profiles, duties, and arrival support before payment.

DAP shipping terms explained before payment

Packed by parcel profile for tracked shipping

Shipping quote at checkout

A standard tracked international parcel option is calculated after the buyer enters a destination address and the cart can be matched to the correct parcel profile. The displayed transit window is an estimate from the shipping route, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Dispatch within two weeks

After payment is confirmed, in-stock works are normally packed and handed to the carrier within 14 calendar days. This commitment is the dispatch time from our side; international transit can still vary by destination, customs, and carrier conditions.

Duties are paid on import

DAP means import duties, VAT or GST, customs clearance fees, and carrier disbursement fees are not included in the order total and are paid by the recipient.

Packed by parcel profile

Framed works, scroll works, and pendants are separated because they need different packaging, dimensions, insurance decisions, and courier handling.

Arrival support

If a parcel arrives damaged, the buyer should keep all packaging and send photos quickly so a carrier claim can be handled with evidence.

Tracking after dispatch

After the parcel is handed to the carrier, we provide the tracking number. Detailed movement updates should be checked on the carrier tracking page.

Simple shipping promise

We commit to careful packing, dispatch within two weeks after confirmed payment, and tracking information after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Delivery time is shown as an estimate only.
