Terms

Terms of service

These terms define the basic buying relationship: what is being sold, how payment works, what shipping terms mean, and what is not promised.

Product description

The store sells contemporary handmade artworks connected to Rebgong thangka practice. Listings must not describe items as antiques, cultural relics, excavated objects, or temple-sourced objects.

Dimensions, subject, medium, artist or studio, origin, documentation reference, and parcel profile should be treated as part of the product record. A certificate is mentioned only when it exists.

Payment

Payment is processed through PayPal. The order is not accepted for fulfillment until payment is authorized and captured by PayPal.

If online payment is temporarily unavailable, the buyer can contact support@rebgongthangkas.com and we may confirm the order manually.

Shipping terms

Orders are prepared for international courier shipment under DAP or similar buyer-import terms unless a different term is stated at checkout.

We normally dispatch in-stock works within 14 calendar days after confirmed payment. The buyer is responsible for destination import duties, VAT or GST, customs clearance charges, and carrier disbursement fees unless a shipping route is explicitly marked as taxes included.

Limits

The store is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, incomplete buyer information, import restrictions, courier disruptions, or force majeure events.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates from the shipping route and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

No fake gallery posture

The store can be China-based and still look professional if the terms are direct, specific, and consistent with the product and shipment reality.
