Terms

Terms of service

These terms define the basic buying relationship: what is being sold, how payment works, what shipping terms mean, and what is not promised.

Product description

The store sells contemporary handmade artworks connected to Rebgong thangka practice. Listings must not describe items as antiques, cultural relics, excavated objects, or temple-sourced objects.

Dimensions, subject, medium, artist or studio, origin, certificate reference, and parcel profile should be treated as part of the product record.

Payment

Payment is processed through PayPal or another approved payment provider. The order is not accepted for fulfillment until payment is authorized and captured.

A PayPal sandbox test order is not a real purchase and does not create a shipment obligation.

Shipping terms

Orders are prepared for international courier shipment under DAP or similar buyer-import terms unless a different term is stated at checkout.

The buyer is responsible for destination import duties, VAT or GST, customs clearance charges, and carrier disbursement fees.

Limits

The store is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, incomplete buyer information, import restrictions, courier disruptions, or force majeure events.

Before live selling, the final legal entity, business address, support email, and governing law wording must be completed.

No fake gallery posture

The store can be China-based and still look professional if the terms are direct, specific, and consistent with the product and shipment reality.
