Returns

Returns and damage policy

The artworks are handmade and shipped internationally. The return policy should be clear before payment, especially for framed works and customs costs.

Made and packed for the order

Each listed artwork is handled as a documented contemporary artwork. Product pages should state the subject, medium, size, frame or scroll format, and parcel profile.

Minor handmade differences, mineral pigment texture, and screen color differences are not treated as defects if the delivered work matches the listing.

Damage on arrival

If a parcel arrives damaged, the buyer should keep all packaging, photograph the outer box, inner protection, label, and damaged area, and contact support quickly.

Courier claims usually require the original packaging and timely evidence. The store may offer repair, replacement, partial refund, or carrier claim handling depending on the case.

Return shipping and duties

International return shipping, import duties, VAT or GST, customs clearance fees, and carrier disbursement fees are not automatically refundable.

Because cross-border artwork returns can create customs and damage risk, returns should be approved before the buyer ships anything back.

Non-returnable situations

Custom-framed, personalized, damaged-after-delivery, or clearly used items may not be returnable.

The final launch policy should be checked against the destination markets where the store actively sells.

Buyer confidence

The goal is not to promise unlimited returns. The goal is to make damage, duties, and handmade-work expectations clear before checkout.
